1. About RosCar Dubai
RosCar Dubai is a car rental aggregator. We help customers find, compare, and book rental cars from international and local car rental companies in Dubai and across the UAE.
RosCar Dubai does not always own or operate the vehicles shown on the website. The vehicle is usually provided by a partner rental company. The final rental agreement may be signed directly between the customer and the rental company that provides the selected car.
2. Booking Locations
Customers can rent a car at Dubai Airport or request car delivery to a selected location in the city, including hotels, residences, business centers, and other approved addresses.
The customer must provide the correct pickup location and return location when making a booking. Extra charges may apply for delivery, return, late night service, or locations outside the standard service area.
3. Main Rental Benefits
Depending on the selected vehicle and rental company, RosCar Dubai may offer the following options:
- Car rental with no deposit
- Car rental with no credit card required
- Car rental with cash payment
- Car rental with debit card payment
- Unlimited mileage
- Free cancellation
- Car delivery to Dubai Airport, hotel, or city address
These options may depend on the vehicle category, rental dates, supplier rules, insurance type, and selected rental conditions. The available options are shown during the booking process or confirmed by our team.
4. How to Book a Car
To rent a car through RosCar Dubai, the customer must complete the following steps:
- Select the pickup location and return location
- Choose the rental dates and time
- Select the preferred vehicle type or car model
- Choose additional options, such as no deposit, no credit card, insurance, or child seat
- Fill in the driver contact details
- Confirm the booking by paying 15% to 20% of the rental price
After the booking payment is completed, the customer will receive a voucher by email. The voucher includes booking details, instructions, pickup information, and contact details of the rental company.
5. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required prepayment has been received and the booking voucher has been sent to the customer by email.
Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation by the partner rental company. If the selected vehicle is not available, RosCar Dubai may offer a similar vehicle or another available option.
6. Prices and Payments
Rental prices shown on the website may depend on the season, rental period, vehicle class, pickup location, return location, insurance, mileage, payment method, and additional options.
To confirm a booking, the customer usually pays 15% to 20% of the rental price online or by another approved payment method. The remaining balance is paid according to the conditions of the selected rental company.
Depending on the selected vehicle and rental conditions, payment may be accepted by debit card, credit card, cash, bank transfer, or another available method confirmed before rental.
7. No Deposit and No Credit Card Options
Some vehicles may be available with no deposit and no credit card required. These options are subject to availability and must be selected during the booking process or confirmed by RosCar Dubai before the rental starts.
Even when no deposit is required, the customer remains responsible for traffic fines, parking charges, Salik charges, vehicle damage, missing fuel, late return, and any other charges caused during the rental period.
8. Unlimited Mileage
Some rental offers may include unlimited mileage. If unlimited mileage is included, it will be shown in the rental conditions or confirmed in the booking voucher.
If unlimited mileage is not included, mileage limits and extra mileage charges may apply according to the partner rental company rules.
9. Free Cancellation
Some bookings may include free cancellation. The exact cancellation conditions depend on the selected vehicle, rental company, booking time, and rental dates.
If free cancellation is available, it will be shown during the booking process or confirmed in the booking voucher. Cancellation requests must be sent to RosCar Dubai or the rental company within the allowed time.
10. Driver Requirements
The driver must meet the age, license, and document requirements of the UAE and the selected rental company. The minimum driver age is usually 21 years, but some vehicle categories may require a higher age.
Tourists usually need a valid passport, driving license, and International Driving Permit where required. UAE residents usually need a valid Emirates ID and UAE driving license.
11. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing correct booking and contact information
- Providing valid driver documents
- Checking the vehicle condition before signing the rental agreement
- Using the vehicle safely and legally
- Returning the vehicle on time and in the agreed condition
- Paying all applicable charges, fines, tolls, fuel costs, and damage costs
12. Vehicle Pickup and Return
The customer must be available at the agreed pickup location and time. If the customer is late, additional waiting charges may apply.
The vehicle must be returned at the agreed location, date, and time. Late return may result in extra charges according to the rental company policy.
13. Insurance and Additional Options
Insurance options may vary depending on the rental company and selected vehicle. The customer can choose available insurance options during booking or request details before confirming the rental.
Additional options, such as child seat, full coverage, delivery service, no deposit, and no credit card rental, may be available for an extra charge or as part of a special offer.
14. Traffic Fines, Tolls, and Extra Charges
The customer is responsible for all traffic fines, parking fines, road tolls, Salik charges, fuel charges, cleaning fees, damage costs, and other charges related to the use of the vehicle during the rental period.
These charges may be billed after the rental period if they are received later by the rental company.
15. Partner Rental Company Terms
Since RosCar Dubai works with international and local rental companies, each booking may be subject to the rules and rental agreement of the company that provides the vehicle.
The customer agrees to review and follow the rental terms of the selected rental company before taking the vehicle.
16. Website Information
RosCar Dubai makes reasonable efforts to keep vehicle information, prices, availability, and rental conditions accurate. However, information on the website may change without prior notice.
Final prices, vehicle availability, rental conditions, and additional options are confirmed during booking or in the booking voucher.
17. Limitation of Liability
RosCar Dubai acts as an aggregator and booking platform. We are not responsible for delays, vehicle replacement, service issues, accidents, damage, fines, or disputes that arise from the actions of the rental company or customer.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers and rental partners in resolving booking related issues.
18. Changes to These Terms
RosCar Dubai may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the latest update date.
